Hamburg With Blue Cheese Sauce

今日の夕食は、東京に行ったときにお料理教室「vege vege vege」で教えていただいた、ハンバーグのブルーチーズソース。ご飯は、16穀米を混ぜたご飯にしました。付け合わせは、習ったのはキャベツのローストでしたが、今日は人参とブロッコリー。ブルーチーズがちょうど良い量で強過ぎず、ナッティーで美味しいです。夫も大喜びでした。

Today’s dinner was Hamburg Steak With Blue Cheese Sauce with roasted cabbage, which I learned at a cooking class “vege vege vege” in Tokyo. I added 16 grain pack in the rice when I cooked it. Side vegetables were carrots and broccoli. The amount of blue cheese is just right, not too strong but nice and nutty. My husband was so happy.
