Hamburg Steak Wtih Blue Cheese Sauce


The afternoon tea I blogged was from 3.00pm until 5.00pm – unlike most afternoon tea here, which you can start around 12.00pm.


So I was too full to have dinner. I was hoping my husband will be away on a business trip that he was talking about but it was delayed until next week, so I cooked just for him. There was one Hamburg Steak left in the freezer that I made a little while ago, so that was what I used and also made Blue Cheese Sauce that my husband loves. I served it with carrots and broccolini. My husband was very happy! It was good that I was able to use up the Hamburg Steak as I couldn’t decide what to do with just one Hamburg.
