今日の夕食は、昨日ウェイトローズで買ったマンゴーとココナッツでマリネしたチキンの胸肉。マリネした状態で売られているものを焼きました。ポテトのローストと市販のリンゴ入りコールスロー。なかなか、美味しかったです。

Today’s dinner was Chicken breast marinaded with mango and coconut that we bought at Waitrose yesterday. It was sold marinaded and we cooked it in the cottage. We had it with roasted potatoes and Coleslaw (with apple – also from Waitrose). We enjoyed it.
