昨日のポークとズッキーニの煮込みがたくさん余っていたので、今日の夕食はルーを加えてカレーにしました。そのまま加えると塩分が多過ぎるので水分をそこそこ取り分けて(お湯を足して飲むとスープとしておいしそうだったので、スープにする予定)、お湯を加えてルーを加えて出来上がり。ポークは結構ごろごろと入っていますが、お野菜はかなり溶けてしまいました。トマトがたくさん入っているので酸味が強めですが、美味しかったです。まだ少し残っているので、明日のランチで完食予定。
There was quite a lot of leftover from last night’s dinner “Pork with Zucchini”, so I made it into curry by adding Japanese curry roux. It would have been too salty if I just did that, so I took out about a half of the liquid (which I’ll use later as a soup), added some hot water then added the roux. There were still a lot of large pieces of pork but most of the vegetables had gone to nothing. As it had a lot of tomato it tasted more sour than our usual curry but it was still very tasty. There is still a little left so we’ll finish it for lunch tomorrow.
