インテリア・デザイナーさんから、ホームメイドのサワドー・パンとサワドー（スターター）をいただきました。お近くにお住いなので、クラフトルームのチェックも兼ねて持ってきてくださいました。なんと言っても引っ越してきて以来１年の間に一番頻繁に顔を合わせている人なので、今やすっかりお友達です。美容院情報や美味しいお肉屋さん情報なども、この方からいただきました。とっても美味しそうに焼けています。

Our interior designer came over today to have a look at our craft room so we can discuss more about furnishing etc and also brought a loaf of home-baked sourdough bread plus a jar of sourdough starter as she lives nearby.  We met her many more times than anyone else since we moved to England in the last one year, so we have become friends.  We have asked her for information on hair salons, butchers, and other local information.  The bread looks wonderful.

ちょうどお昼頃だったので、スライスして焼いて、ニンニクを少しこすってオリーブオイルをかけてトマトとバジルをのせてブルスケッタにして、軽いランチにいただきました。カリッカリに焼けて、とっても美味しい！

As it was around the lunch time when she dropped it off, we sliced, grilled, rubbed garlic a little, drizzled delicious olive oil and topped with tomato & basil to make bruschetta for our lunch.  The bread was very crunchy and yummy.
