今日もクラフトルームの整理。昨日はレシピの整理（お料理教室のレシピやお友達にいただいたレシピ、自分でプリントアウトしたものなど大量にあります）をし、今日はカード作りに使うペーパーの整理などなど。引っ越して来る前の数ヶ月は面倒できちんと整理していなかったのと引越し業者が詰めるときに順番をぐちゃつちゃにして詰めてしまっていたので、時間がかかりました。

I’ve still been working hard to organise my craft room.  Yestserday I spent hours going through all the printed out recipes (from cooking classes, baking classes, recipes I exchanged wit my friends, my own recipes etc) to oranise them, today I spent a lot of time organise the cardstock I use for card making.  Before we moved, I must adit I was getting a bit too lazy to organise them and also the moving people just stuffed them without keeping the orders so they were all mixed up and everywehre.

今日の夕食は、お好み焼きでした。いつものように最初に一銭焼き（薄めの生地を伸ばした上に天かす、青ネギ、紅生姜をのせて両面がカリカリになるまで焼いたもの）、そして巨大なお好み焼き。小麦の少なめ、キャベツ多めの軽いタイプ、鰹節なし、たまに青のりはのせますがすぐに香りが飛ぶのでないことの方が多いです。美味しかったです！

Today’s dinner was Okonomi-yaki.  As always, we made Issen-yaki first (crispy thin savory pancake), then a huge Okonomi-yaki.  We like it with less batter, more cabbage so it’s light and no dried bonito flakes.  We enjoyed very much!
