今日の夕食は、スパゲティー・ボロネーゼ。少しずつ冷凍していたラグーとトマトソースを合わせました。たっぷり目のサラダと。
Today’s dinner was Spaghetti Bolognese. We had a small bag of ragu and one of tomato sauce in the freezer so we put them together and had it with a large salad.
夫が長くて細いパスタよりショートパスタを好むのでショートパスタを使うことが多く久しぶりに食べたスパゲティー(細いタイプ)で、とても美味しかったです。
My husband prefers short pasta to long thin pasta, so we hadn’t had spaghetti for a little while so I particularly enjoyed it.
デザートは、昨日作ったマンゴームースとココナッツゼリーのグラスデザート。やはり少し量が多過ぎて、夫は楽々完食でしたがわたしは半量でお腹いっぱいになりました。残りは明日いただきます!こういうデザート用に、小さなグラスが必要ですね。
After that we had “Mango Mousse & Coconut Jelly Glass Dessert” that I made yesterday at my baking class. My husband had no problem with finishing his but it was too big for me and I left about a half – it’ll keep OK in the fridge so I’ll have it tomorrow. I think we should get some smaller glassses for desserts like this.
