こちらはすっかり涼しくなってしまいましたが、今日のランチに今年初めての中華冷麺を食べました。遅すぎますね（笑）。市販のごまだれのものを使いました。定番のきゅうり、トマト、薄焼き卵の他にロケットも加えてみました。とても美味しかったです。

We had “Cold Chinese/Japanese Noodles” using store bought packets with sesame sauce.  These cold Chinese/Japanese noodles are something most Japanese would have during the hot weather.   Usually we would have them with cucumber, tomato, thinly cooked and sliced omlette and ham but we had no ham.  I added rocket leaves, which I think worked nicely.  We enjoyed it very much.
