話が前後してしまいますが、結婚記念日に The Star Hotel に泊まりに行った木曜日は、お昼前に家を出て、Lewes という街でランチをしました。Lewes には何ヶ月か前にお友達と会ってランチをしに出かけたときに帰りに寄って少し歩いたことがあり、素敵な街です。

I’m going back and forth, but on our way to stay at The Star Hotel on Thursday, we had lunch on Lewes. We’d been there once before when we were on our way to lunch with our friends some time ago.  It’s a very nice town.

 

この「The Patch 」というちいさなカフェでランチをしました。

We had lunch in this little cafe called The Patch.

 

 

夫は、イングリッシュブレックファースト。わたしは写真を撮り忘れましたが、ケイジャンチキン・サンドイッチを食べました、美味しかったです。

My husband had English Breakfast.  I forgot to take a photo of mine but I had Cajun Chicken sandwich, which was very good.
