We sometimes make Quesadilla for lunch.  We put a tortilla in a frying pan (you can put a little olive oil but we usually don’t), put on the filling (we use onion, tomato, pepper, pickled chilli, coriander leaves and shredded mozzarella for pizza), then add another tortilla on top, and make one side nice and brown and crispy.  Then flip it over and do the same.  We push it down so the melted cheese will stick the two tortillas together.   That’s it.  We have it with taco sauce.  The tortillas seem to keep for a long time, which makes it convenient.  (I forgot to take a photo when it was cooked.)
