Chilli Con Carne


It was a nice sunny day today and the evening sky was very pink and beautiful.  It has been relatively mild and, looking at the weather information, it’s actually warmer here at the moment than it is in Japan.


I totally forgot to think of today’s dinner so my husband chose one from the freezer – his favourite: Chilli Con Carne.  All we did was to defrost it, warm it up, cook rice, make garlic toast and a little salad, but it was quite a nice dinner.
