先日のズームのフランス菓子教室で習ったドライトマトとベーコンのスコンをまた作ってみました。レッスンで作ったときにはドライトマト、ベーコン、コンテチーズを少し細かくし過ぎた気がしたので、今回は少し大きめに切ってみました。この方が存在感があって良かったです。

I baked “Savory Scones with Dried Tomatoes & Bacon” that I learned at the French Baking Class on Zoom the other day.  When I baked them at the class I thought I had cut the sun dried tomato, bacon, and Comte cheese pieces too small, so this time I cut them a little larger and I liked them better.
