今日もほぼ１日雨が降ってしました。このところ比較的暖かい日が続いていましたが（最高気温１２、３度ありました）、明日から寒くなる様子。明後日から数日はマイナス最低気温マイナスになっています。寒くても良いので、少し太陽を拝みたい。

It was raining almost all day again today.  It’s been very mild recently (12C or 13C the highest), but it looks like it’ll get cold again tomorrow and the lowest will be below zero from the day after tomorrow for a few days.  I don’t mind being cold at all as long as we get some sunshine.

今日の夕食は、お鍋でした。メインの具は鶏団子、他にはロメインレタス、お豆腐、リーク、エリンギ、椎茸、人参。タレは、市販のごまだれに胡麻ペースト、お醤油、お砂糖、みりん、豆板醤、ニンニク、生姜を加えたもの。美味しかったです。

Today’s dinner was Nabe (Japanese hot pot).  We use mainly chicken balls but also romaine lettuce, tofu, leek, King oyster mushroom, shiitake mushrooms & carrot.  The sauce is a mixture of sesame sauce (bottled), tahini, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, dobanjan, garlic & ginger.  We enjoyed it very much.
