今日は午前中にチチェスターのネイルサロンに予約を入れていたので、その後、チチェスターでお昼まで少しお買い物をしました。雨の中でお買い物は気が乗らない、と思っていましたが、少しぱらついただけで午後からはお天気が良くなりました。来週末はもうクリスマスの前の最後の週末になってしまうので（２３日が土曜日なので再来週は遅すぎる）、今日は多くの方達がクリスマスのお買い物をされていました。今日は珍しく収穫ありで、自分用のクリスマスプレゼントをいくつか買いました（笑）。

I had an appointment with my nail salon in Chichester in the morning today, so we did a little shopping  before lunch.  I wasn’t keen on shopping today as it was raining but it ended up being only a little Scotch mist, then got nice and sunny in the afternoon.  As next week will be the last weekend before Christmas (the 23rd is a Saturday but that’ll be too late for Christmas shopping) the town was quite busy with people doing Christmas shopping.  I bought a few things, which is unusual.  They are my own Christmas presents!

 

 

 

 

 

 

お買い物の後、サクッとランチをしました。他のカフェに行って見たのですが予約でいっぱいだったので（クリスマス前になるとどこも混みます）、いつもの Franco Manca でピッツァ。今日は前菜に、ブラタチーズ、パンチェッタのカリカリ、スパイシーオイルのブルスケッタをシェアーしました。１つでしたがパンが分厚くて結構食べ応えがありました。ピッツァはいつものキャラメライズした玉ねぎとスパイシーなサラミのもの。

We then had a quick lunch.  We tried to go to a cafe but they were fully booked so we ended up going to Franco Manca again – we shared  Bruschetta of Burrata cheese with crispy pancetta and spicy oil.  It was only one slice but very thick so a half seemed enough.  Then we had Pizza that we almost always have here – caramelised onion and spicy oil.
