昨日の土曜日はとんかつにしたので、今日は夫が夕食を作ってくれました。ミートボールパスタ。Delia Smith のレシピですが、本来は牛ミンチにソーセージ用に味付けをした豚ミンチと混ぜるところ普通の牛ミンチと豚ミンチを混ぜていました。多分、日本ではソーセージ用に味付けした豚ミンチは手に入らないのでそうしていて、そのままずっと来ていたのだと思いますが、今日はレシピの通り、ソーセージ用の豚ミンチと牛ミンチを混ぜて作ってくれました。ただ、イギリスのソーセージ用の豚ミンチではなく、ロンドンから取り寄せたイタリアのソーセージの中身。とても美味しかったです。
As yesterday we had Tonkatsu, my husband cooked tonight’s dinner – meatball pasta. It’s from Delia Smith but I just found out that he has been using normal mince pork instead of sausage meat to mix with mince beef until today. I guess it’s because there is no ‘sausage meat’ available in Japan and he was using mince pork instead and he never changed it, but now that we can get sausage meat he started to use it. This time, though, he used Italian sausage that we bought online from a shop in London. It was very tasty.
今日は、チーズもいただきました。先日買ったモンドールとしばらく前からあるブライトン・ブルーとスティルトン。
We had cheese as well – Mont d’Or that we bought the other day as well as Brighton Blue & Stilton that we bought sometime ago.
