今日も余りお天気は良くなかったです。日本のお天気予報を見ると晴れマークが続いていて羨ましいですが、イギリスの冬なので仕方ないですね。

It was another very grey day although it didn’t rain.  The weather forecast for Japan has so many sun marks, I really envy them, but this is England in winter so it’s expected.

今日の夕食は、最近良く拝見しているアメリカのユーチューバーさんが紹介されていた「韓国風ビーフボール」を作ってみました。ビーフのミンチをニンニクと炒めて焼肉風のタレを絡めて、きゅうりと赤玉ねぎのピクルス（わたしはお砂糖も加えました）と一緒に盛り付けておられました。ビーフのミンチのブルゴギ風は、韓国の方のこちらのレシピを使われているそうです。韓国料理っぽくないですが、シャキシャキとして酸味があるピクルスと食べるとさっぱりとして、美味しいです。

Today’s dinner was “Korean Beef Bowl” that an American youtuber that I started watching recently was showing on one of her videos, it has Korean BBQ type of flavoured mince beef with pickled cucumber and red onion (I added some sugar).  The beef recipe is apparently from another website written by a Korean lady.

Hello Fresh という食材とレシピを宅配してくれるサービスを使っていたことがありますが、その頃よく作っていたレシピを思い出しました。本格的な韓国料理とは全く違いますが、これはこれで簡単でまずまず美味しいです。でも、なにかもう一つ加えたいような。。。
