今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Beef And Beany Quesadillas With Pepper And Baby Leaf Salad」（パプリカ入りのビーフと金時豆たっぷりのケサディヤとベビーリーフサラダ）でした。その名の通り、パプリカが入った金時豆をたくさんでビーフが少なめのチリコンカー二のようなものをトルティーヤに挟んでチーズをのせてオーブンで焼いたものです。添えるサラダはベビーリーフだけでしたが、うちの玉ねぎ、トマト、きゅうりを加えました。美味しくいただきました。

Today’s dinner was “Beef And Beany Quesadillas With Pepper And Baby Leaf Salad” from Hello Fresh.  As the title says, it’s a quesadillas with something very much like Chilli Con Carne with pepper, a lot of kidney beans and a small amount of beef, and baked in the oven.  The salad was meant to be just baby leaf but we added our onion, tomato & cucumber.  It was quite nice.
