Stir-Fried Mince Pork With Basil

今日の夕食は夫のリクエストでガッパオ(豚ミンチのバジル炒め)。わたしも夫も大好きな1品。少ない材料で簡単に出来ておいしくて、1品でも飽きずに最後の1口までもりもり食べてしまいます。調味料の量に幅があるので毎回ちょっと違う仕上がりになりますが、焦って味を薄くしすぎてしまうことがたまにあるものの大抵美味しく仕上がります。

Today’s dinner was Stir-Fried Mince Pork with Basil on my husband’s request.  It’s one of our favourite Thai dishes.  It doesn’t need a lot of ingredients, quick to make and delicious.  Even though it’s only one thing – no side dishes – we don’t find it boring at all, we enjoy it until the last spoonful.  Even more delicious with runny yolk of fried egg.

半熟の目玉焼きのとろとろの黄身と混ぜながらいただきます。美味しかった☆
