Chilli Con Carne


Today’s dinner was Chilli Con Carne.  I decided to do that not because my husband requested but because I just couldn’t think of a menu!  I thought we had tins of kidney beans but we didn’t so I used black beans instead.  Black beans seem to be softer and made the whole thing thicken quickly so I didn’t cook it as long as I usually do but it tasted good.
