Roasted Vegetables With Raclette Cheese

今日の夕食は、冷蔵庫のお掃除。ラクレットをした時のチーズが残っていたので使ってしまいたかったので、お野菜をローストしたものにラクレットチーズをのせて、チーズが溶けるまでオーブンに戻しました。少しサラダも添えて。

Today’s dinner was made with what we had at home.  There was some left-over Raclette cheese and I wanted to use it up, so I roasted vegetables and put the cheese on top and put it back to the oven until the cheese melted.  The vegetables I roasted were potato, sweet potato, onion, red pepper, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts (I don’t know why but my husband left just 2 of them).  I served it with a little salad as well.

お野菜は、じゃがいも、オレンジのさつまいも、玉ねぎ、赤パプリカ、カリフラワー、芽キャベツ(なぜか夫が2つだけ残していたので)。
