Today’s lunch was Kansai style Okonomiyaki and yakisoba at “Fugetsu”. Okonomiyaki had too much sauce, but I liked that it had lots of cabbage and not so much batter. For the yakisoba I prefer thinner noodles. As someone from Kansai I must say I like the Okonomiyaki that I cook myself best, though.
