Okonomiyaki

今日のランチは、「風月」で関西風お好み焼きと焼きそば。お好み焼きはちょっとソースが多すぎるけれど、キャベツたっぷりで柔らかいところは好き。焼きそばは、もっと細めの麺が好み。関西人としては、やっぱりお好み焼きは自分で焼くのが一番好みに焼けるよね、と思う今日この頃。

Today’s lunch was Kansai style Okonomiyaki and yakisoba at “Fugetsu”. Okonomiyaki had too much sauce, but I liked that it had lots of cabbage and not so much batter. For the yakisoba I prefer thinner noodles. As someone from Kansai I must say I like the Okonomiyaki that I cook myself best, though.
