My husband loves Ippudo, so we were going to have a meal there before we leave Singapore but we ran out of time, so I went there for my last lunch alone . Gyoza, Spicy Black ramen with an egg and Lemon Soda.

I hadn’t been there for a while, so I’m not completely sure, but I thought the ramen noodles were very different. It was more like udon or pasta rather than ramen. Am I wrong? I thought the texture was very wrong.
