少し前にウンブリアのお友達Letiziaさんのオリーブ園で収穫されたオリーブから採れたオリーブオイルが届いたことをアップしましたが、こちらは先日届いた、やはりウンブリアの今年のオリーブオイル。「San Potente」オリーブ園のものです。採れたての上質のエクストラバージンオリーブオイルは格別の美味しさです。Letiziaさんのオリーブ園のオイルもとても美味しいですが、こちらのオイルもとても美味しい。どちらも手積み。フルーティーでフレッシュで青々とした美味しさ。こんなに新鮮なオイルはなかなか入手できないので、とても有難いです。

I blogged the new olive oil harvested from our friend, Letizia’s olive farm in Umbria a few weeks ago, but we also received a batch of olive oil harvested from “San Potente” in Umbria.  High quality extra virgin olive oil that has just been harvested is so delicious.  Letizia’s oli is very special and delicious but so is this one, both are hand picked, very fresh, fruity, greeny, excellent.  It’s not so easy to get such fresh good oil and we are very grateful.
