Pork With Zucchini
昨日の夜、今日のディナーを決めてお肉を冷凍庫から冷蔵庫に移すのを忘れてしまい、何か回答して使えるものはないか冷凍庫を漁って少し前に冷凍した「ポークとズッキーニ」を使うことにしました。お野菜はそこそこあったのですがお肉が１人分しかなかったので、ポテトを足して傘増し。ポテトもなかなか美味しかったです。ポークは夫に３分の２以上あげましたが、倍食べられると言っていました（笑）。とても美味しかったです。これはズッキーニが旬の夏のお料理という感じなので、今のうちにまた作ろうと思います。 明日の夕食は、どうしよう。しばらくお料理しないと（たった１週間ですが）なんか気が乗りませんし、メニューも思いつきません。って、いつものことかも（笑）。 I forgot to think of a dinner for today and move a pack of some kind of meat from the freezer to the fridge last night. 昨日書き忘れましたが、もう８月になりましたね。日本は一番暑い時期ではないでしょうか。コロナの関係でお出かけが少なくなっているかとは思いますが、暑い中のマスクは辛いですよね。 I forgot to write it but it is now August already! I think it’s the hottest month in Japan.
