Pasta With Mushroom & Cream

今日の夕食は、パスタ(トリュフ入り)。ソースはマッシュルームとクリームのソース。玉ねぎ、ニンニク、パンチェッタを塩胡椒して炒めたところにマッシュルームを加えて更に塩胡椒して炒め、クリームを加えて塩胡椒をして少しとろみがついたら出来上がり、あっという間に出来ます。

Today’s dinner was pasta (with truffle) with mushroom & cream sauce.  I sautéed onion, garlic, pancetta, seasoned it, added mushrooms, seasoned them and sautéed for a few minutes.  Added cream, seasoned, then a little simmering until the sauce thickened a little and it was done. You just add the cooked pasta, mix together, add some grated Parmesan cheese.  It’s done very quickly.   I should have added a little more cream as it got a little dry, but it tasted good.

最近は、夕食の間、外はまだまだ明るいです。

It’s quite light outside when we are having dinner now.
