今日は土曜日なので、夫が夕食を作ってくれました。ディリア・スミスの料理本をぱらぱらとめくって、これは？と言ったのがリーク入りのマカロニ・グラタン。ヒートウェーブ中だけど、と思いつつ（笑）、クーラーをつけて熱々のグラタンをいただきました。とろとろのホワイトソースが美味しいんですよね。パンチェッタとリークが入っていて、上にパン粉をのせてカイエンヌペッパーを少し振ってあります。ご馳走様でした！

It’s a Saturday today, so my husband cooked the dinner.  He was going through a cookery book of Delia Smith and asked “How about this?” and it was Macroni Gratin with leeks so we had the bubbly and hot gratin with the air-con on!  It has pancetta, leek, macaroni, white sauce and some bread crumbs and sprinkling of cayenne pepper.  It was delicious.

そして、デザートに先ほどアップしたどら焼きをコーヒーと。

Then we had Dorayaki with coffee!
