ロータス寺院の後に行ったのは、クォゥブ・ミナール。インド最古のイスラム遺跡群で、クトゥブ・ミナールというのは高さ７３.５メートル（３７９段の階段）、５段の尖塔。イスラム教とヒンドゥ教が様式混合された建物です。ここも写真が多くなってしまいました。 After Lotus Temple, we visited Qutub Minar. Chicken, Mango, Avocado & Mint, Almond Salad
今日の夕食は、我が家で度々登場するチキンのサラダでした。でも、一時期頻繁に作りすぎたのか飽き気味で、ちょっと久しぶりです。サラダ菜類、チキンの胸肉、マンゴー、アボカド、ミント、シャンツァイ、アーモンドが入っています。チキンはニンニク、レモン汁、オリーブオイルでマリネして、フライパンで外側を焼いたらオーブンで１０分、柔らかく仕上がります。 Today’s dinner was Chicken Salad. I used chicken breast, mango, avocado, mint, coriander, almond and salad leaves. As always I marinaded chicken breast in garlic, olive oil & lemon juice, pan fried outside then cooked it in the oven for 10 minutes so it’s tender and juicy. アボカドが今ひとつ美味しくなくて残念でしたが、それなりに美味しかったです。個人的には、ナッツのカリカリとナッティーなアクセントとミントが美味しさの鍵のような気がします。なくてもそれなりに美味しいですが（忘れることも度々）、あればぐんと美味しさアップ。 The avocado wasn’t great but it…

インド旅行１３日目、ランチの後は、Bangla Sahib Gurdwara というシーク教の寺院に行きました。シーク教の寺院の中でも有名で大きな寺院だそうです。インドの男性というとターバンを思い浮かべると思いますが、ターバンを巻いているのはシク教の方だけです。インドの方は８０％がヒンドゥー教で、シーク教は２％、なのでほんの一握りの人がターバンを巻いているということになります。 India Trip Day 13. インド旅行１３日目、オールドデリーでのリクショーツアー。いよいよ、メインの細いマーケットの通りに入りました。道が狭いですし建物も煤けていて黒っぽいですし、こんがらがったケーブルがたくさん垂れ下がっているしでちょっと怖い雰囲気。そして、道がひどい凸凹道で、リクショーの車輪は自転車の車輪の細さなので本当にガタガタでお尻が痛い！「インド式マッサージ！」と運転手さんは笑っていました。それに、どのリクショーも結構なスピードで走っているのでかなりスリリングです。 India Trip Day 13.
