一昨日、ファームショップでホワイトアスパラガスを買ったので新鮮なうちにということで、今日の夕食にいただきました。今日はポーチドエッグはのせず、マヨネーズを手作りしてのせました。そのあと、シンガポールのお料理教室で習ったトマトとにんにくとクミンのスープ。なんでもない食事ですが、とても美味しかったです。ただ、食べてから気づきましたが、タンパク質がなかったですね、普段気をつけて何かしらタンパク質を加えるようにしているのですが。
We bought white asparagus at a farm shop on the day before so we had them as a starter as we wanted to use them while they were still fresh. No poached eggs today, we made Mayonnaise from scratch and used it as a sauce. Then we had Tomato, Garlic & Cumin Soup, which we learned many years ago at a cooking class in Singapore. A very simple meal but we really enjoyed it. The only thing is that there was no protein, I usually try to include some protein in each meal but forgot to do so today.
