ちょっとしたアキシデントがあり、今日の夕食はスーパーで買った冷凍の餃子でした。イギリスで初めての市販の餃子 Itsu というアジア風のものをあれこれを出しているメーカーのもので、期待していなかったのですが結構美味しかったです！イギリスで見かける餃子はほとんどがお野菜のものかチキンのものですが、ここはポークも出していて今日買ったのはポークのもの。カリカリに美味しく焼けました。日本の餃子ほど味の深みはない気がしますが、美味しくいただきました。添えたのは、テンダーステムブロッコリーと残っていたシュガースナップピーとニンニクの蒸し炒め。 We had a little incident, which forced us to have store-bought frozen gyoza for dinner today. 今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Ultimate Butter Chicken and Garlic-Coriander Naan with Garlic Mushroom Rice and Coriander（究極のバターチキンとガーリックとコリアンダーのナン、ガーリックマッシュルーム入りライスとコリアンダー）」でした。お野菜はライスに入るマッシュルームとカレーに入るグリーンピースだけで少なかったので、Dishoom で好きなブロッコリーのサラダを作りました。どれも美味しかったです。ブロッコリーは生という珍しいサラダですが、コリコリとした食感が美味しい。ピスタチオやひまわりの種も入っているので更に食感が楽しいサラダです。ただ、フレッシュの赤いチリを使うのですが、細かく切って使ったチリを入れてから味見をしたらびっくりするほど辛くて、大半を一生懸命取り出しました。たまに入っている分には美味しくいただけました。 Today’s dinner was “Ultimate Butter Chicken and Garlic-Coriander Naan with Garlic Mushroom Rice and Coriander” from Hello Fresh.
