Lunch At Tinwood Vineyard

この時期、お天気が悪いと寒くてお天気が良いと暑い。今日は朝から雨が降ったりやんだり、外の温度は１６度、クラフトルームは２０度ありますが湿気が多いせいか寒く感じて足元に置いているヒーターを入れました。昨夜は入れませんでしたが夜はベッドルームでは短時間クーラーを入れることが多いですし、クラフトルームでは朝はヒーターを使って（ほんの数分）、お天気が良い日は昼間はクーラーを入れることもあります（これも１０分程度）。１日のうちで暑くなったり寒くなったり、半袖になったりカーディンガンを羽織ったり。 This time of year, it’s cold when the weather isn’t good and hot when the weather is good. 今日もとても良いお天気で、２２度くらいまで上がっていました。 It was another lovely day today, the temperature went up to 22C. 今日の夕食は、先日のステーキの残りを使うためにビビンバ風のものにしました。炒めるだけのレトルトのものを使うつもりでしたが、賞味期限が１月で切れていました。さすがに4ヶ月はやめた方が良さそう、ということで以前のように作ったのですが、お野菜を１種類ずつ炒めて（大きなフライパンで２、３種類ずつ炒めますがやり難い）いると最初に炒めたものが冷めてしまいますし面倒なので、お野菜は全部を一緒に炒めてご飯の上にのせることにしました。たれ（？）はこちらで手に入るコチュジャンが辛くて余り甘味がないので、コチュジャンに蜂蜜、お醤油、味醂を混ぜて使っています。 Today’s dinner was Bibimbap (not authentic) to use the left-over steak. 今日は、家に近い方のおパティオの大きなポット２つに植え付けをして、別にオーダーしていたアスチルベをジメジメしているところに植え付けました。ポット２つに植えたのは、ペチュニアとロベリア。ペチュニアは避けたかったのですが、なかなか他のチョイスがなくて、奥のパティオとは違うものにしたかったので結局ペチュニアになってしまいました。因みに、インスタのフィードにポットへの植え付けのとても簡単な方法を見かけたのでトライしてみたところ、いつもよりずっと簡単に短時間で出来ました！次回するときに写真を撮ってみようと思います。 We planted some summer plants in the 2 large pots, which are on the patio close to the house and also planted 6 astilbes that I ordered and were delivered today in the damp area.
