Chicken & Mushroom Pastry Parcels / Air Fryer (Cooked By Hubby)
今日も雨、明日も雨、明後日も雨の予報です。 It was raining today, looks like rain tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. 今日は土曜日、夫がディナーを作ってくれました。Jamie Oliverの新しい料理本「 Easy Air Fryer」から「Chicken & Mushroom Pastry Parcels」（チキンとマッシュルーも、ペイストリー包み）。マッシュルームを炒めてチキンの胸肉に詰めてパフペイストリーで包んで、エアーフラーヤーで焼いたもの。ソースは白ワイン、粒マスタード、クリームのソース。ニンジンとステムブロッコリー添え。パフベイストリーなので結構お腹に来ます。夫はパフベイストリーの扱いに慣れていないので心配そうでしたが、上手に焼けました。ご馳走に見えますよね。美味しかったです！ It’s a Saturday today, so my husband cooked dinner. Garden Update / Snowdrops & Crocuses
数日前、フロントガーデンで１つだけクロッカスの蕾を見つけたのですが、今日はぽつぽつと咲いていました。バックガーデンにもたくさん咲くはずですが、まだまだ蕾もついていません。 I saw 1 bud of crocus a few days ago in our front garden but there are a few out today. 今日は朝はお天気良かったのですが、午後から雨。明日も曇りのち雨のようですが、水、木は晴れる予報。家の中にいるとそれほど感じませんが、最低気温は０度前後、最高気温は１０度以下のずっと寒い日々が続いています。でも、日本も寒波で寒そうですね。イギリスでは出かけるときは車なので寒い中を歩くことは少ないですが、日本は歩くことが多いので寒いと結構堪えますよね。でも、お天気は良さそうで羨ましい。 It was sunny in the morning but rained in the afternoon today.
