先程書きましたが、今日は喫茶店でモーニングを食べました。日本のサンドイッチは美味しいと書きましたが、日本のトーストも美味しい！ちなみに、イギリスのトーストは日本のいわゆるサンドイッチ用のパンくらいの薄い食パンをカリカリになるまで焼いています。家庭では1斤を厚めにスライスしてトーストする家もありますが、厚めと言っても日本のトーストほど厚くはしません。わたしは、イギリス式の薄くてカリカリも香ばしくて好きですが、日本のトーストの外はカリッとしていて中はふわふわなのも大好きです。 As I wrote earlier, we had a set of toast and coffee/tea at a coffee shop. 今日は福岡から福山のホテルに移動する日でしたが、途中下車して宮島に寄りました。新幹線で広島まで、広島から在来線です宮島口まで、そしてフェリーで宮島に、と乗り換えがありますし便数も少なく、またホテルに福山駅まで迎えに来てもらう時間が決まっていたので予定通りに行くかどうか心配でしたが、予定より早めの電車やフェリーに乗れました。 We left Fukuoka this morning to Fukuyama to stay at another hotel, but we stopped at Hiroshima to visit Miyajima on our way. Yummy Lunch On A Bus
今日のランチは黒川から博多に向かうバスの中で、チェックアウトの時に「月洸樹」から頂いたハンバーガー。とっても美味しかったです！ ”Gekkojyu”gave us a burger and a bottle of Japanese tea each for us to have for lunch on the bus we took from Kurokawa to Hakata. The burger was yummy!
