Chilli Con Carne

Vegetable Soup (Thermomix TM6)
今日の夕食は、いろいろ野菜のスープでした。Thermomix を使ったもので、ソテーもせずお水でいきなり煮て最後にブレンドするだけの簡単レシピです。最初にソテーすれば更に甘くなって美味しいのではと思いますが、今日はプログラム通りに作りました。小さめのジャガイモ２つ、玉ねぎ（小 ４分の１）、トマト１個、ニンニク１かけ、パセリの他に合計２００gのお野菜をお水３００mlで煮ますが（レシピの半量を作ったので少しお水の割合を増やしました）、今日は西洋ベビーリーク（長ネギくらいのもの）１本、セロリ１本、パプリカ（小さめ １つ）、ステムブロッコリー３つを入れました。 Today’s evening meal was Vegetable Soup (Cookidoo) – made with Thermomix TM6. The First Dinner Out Since Lockdown (Thai Time At Arundel)
今日はロックダウン以来初めて、夫と２人で外食しました。この１ヶ月ほどの間にお友達とレストランやパブでランチは何度かしていますが、特に理由がなく夜外食するのは１年半ぶりです。アランデルという車ですぐのところにある街のタイ料理のレストランに行ってきました。 ロックダウンの前には金曜日はよく外食していたのですが、アランデルにタイ料理のレストランがあるのは知りませんでした。タイ料理は随分定着していて、結構田舎にもあるのですが、この辺りにはないなと思っていたのです。ロックダウンの２、３ヶ月前にオープンしたのだそうです。 アルンデルはとても素敵な街ですが、とても小さくて特に見るところがあるわけでもないので、ディナーの時くらいしか行かず、久しぶりでした。７時半だとまだこちらは昼間のような明るさです。 My husband and I, just two of us, went out for dinner for the first time since lockdown. 今日の夕食は、「穴の中のかえる」（ソーセージとヨークシャープディングの生地を焼いたもの）でした。上手く膨らみました！Thermomix を使いましたが、生地の材料を混ぜるだけなので当然なくても同じように出来ます。ソーセージは、イタリアンソーセージ、ロンドンから取り寄せたもの。美味しかったです。 Today’s dinner was Toad In the Hole, it raised well! We used Thermomix but all it does is to mix all the ingredients for the batter so it’s not necessary at all. Sausages are Italian sausages that we ordered online from London. We enjoyed it very much.
