海外へのクリスマスカードは、今朝一番に発送しました！いつもは秋に日本に帰るのですが今年は諦めたので、その分早くカード作りに取りかかれ、早めに仕上がってストレスが少なかったです（笑）。経験上、今頃までに出しておけばほとんどクリスマス前に届きますが、１週間遅れると普段１週間で届くところにも３週間かかったりしてクリスマスには到底間に合わないようなので、早めに出せて良かったです。（我が家は日本的には喪中ですがイギリスではクリスマスカードを書かない年というのはないので、イギリス式に出すことにしています。） I have sent all the Christmas cards overseas first thing this morning. 昨日予定通りツリーが届きましたので、今日、午後から夫と２人でクリスマスソングを流しながら飾り付けをしました。夫はハーフマラソンを走って疲れていましたので、飾り付けが終わる頃にはくたくた。ライトを飾ってツリーのオーナメントを飾って。。。２時間かかります。 The tree was delivered yesterday as scheduled, so we played Christmas music and decorated it together this afternoon as we always do. 今朝早く、夫は Standard Chartered Marathon でハーフマラソンを走りました。去年、一昨年と参加していますが、始まる時間が陽が昇ってからで暑いのとコースも酷いコースで（駐車場の中を長く走るそうですごく蒸し暑く不快だったそう）今年は走らないと言っていたのですが、不満が寄せられていたのか今年から時間が早くなりコースも変わったので参加することにしたそうです。去年は一昨年より早く、今年は去年よりも早いタイムでゴールしました。 My husband ran a half marathon at “Standard Chartered Marathon” this morning . Christmas Wreath 2016
昨日の時点ではまだまだ動きによっては腰が痛くて今回のプチぎっくり腰はなかなか良くならないな〜、と、少し心配になっていたのですが、今朝起きたらぐんと良くなっていました。またならないように動く時は気を付けていますが、痛みはほとんどなくなっています。今日はリースのレッスンがあったので大丈夫かしらと心配でしたが、今朝痛みを感じなかったのでほっとしました。 I was getting a little worried about my lower back as it was still quite painful depending on how I move at the end of yesterday, but when I woke up this morning I could feel it was much better and isn’t painful any longer.
