Japan Holiday / A Little Walk In The Neighbourhood
今日はランチの後はわたしはブログをしたりYouTubeを見たり、夫はポッドカストを聞いたり音楽を聴いたりしてのんびりと過ごし、コンビニにあれこれ買い出しに行くのを兼ねて、3時過ぎてから借りているマンションの近所をぶらぶらとお散歩することにしました。 This afternoon, we just stayed at the apartment, me doing blogging and watching Youtube and my husband listening to podcast or listeninig to music. 今日も引き続き、借りているマンションでゆっくりしています。風邪は昨日と同じか少しよくなったような気がするので、たいしたことなく終わってくれるかな、と思っています。たまに、最初は鼻風邪程度なのにじわじわゆっくりと悪くなることがあるので油断出来ませんが。 We are continuing to take it easy today without doing much. 昨日の夕食は、借りているマンションのすぐ近くのロイヤル・ホストに行きました。神戸に住んでいた時、夫とたまに行くこともあったと思いますが、夫は月の半分は海外出張で留守にしていたので、たまに気分転換に1人でこのロイヤル・ホストで食事をしたものでした。香港やシンガポールではたくさんのお友達がいたので夫がいない時はよくお友達と出掛けていましたが、神戸に住んでいた頃は週に1度の習い事以外にはあまりお友達と会うこともなかったと思います。みんな働いていましたし、当時はそれほどお友達と外食するという文化ではなかったのではないかと思います。今でも多分、日本の方はたまにお出かけされる程度ではないでしょうか？（本当のところは知りませんが。。。） We had dinner at a Royal Host restaurant yesterday as it was very near where we are staying. 香港では、昔からある方のマンダリンオリエンタルホテルに滞在しています。香港に住み始める以前、日本から時々香港に遊びに来ていた時も大抵、このマンダリンオリエンタルホテルに滞在していました。ちょっとクラシカルな雰囲気が好み。お部屋も居心地良かったです。 We have been staying at Mandarin Oriental (not the new one in Landmark).
